This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking modification of the bail condition to report before the Court on the 1st working day of the every month until final report is filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application filed for relaxation of condition, was dismissed by the trial Court recording that the petitioner is one of the accused in the case of fraud an extent of Rs.1,000/- Crores from nearly 76,597 depositors and therefore, considering the nature of the offence, condition imposed on the petitioner cannot be relaxed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, the final report has been presented before the Court concerned physically and the process of upholding digital copy is under way. If it is so, the petition for modification has become infructuous, since the final report already filed by the Investigating Officer on completion of investigation. 4.
Taking note of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to appear before the TNPID Court, Coimbatore on 02.09.2024 and report. On such appearance, the TNPID Court shall pass appropriate order taking note of filing of the final 2/4
