CRP No.2796 of 2022 C.R.P.No.2796 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This Court vide order dated 06.09.2022 has directed the learned II Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1051 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned II Additional Principal Judge, Chennai has now sought for extension of three months time by letter dated 18.07.2023 to dispose of the case stating that I.A.No.1 of 2020 was filed by the respondent for interim maintenance at the stage of petitioner's side arguments and I.A.No.5 of 2020 was filed by the respondent u/s 340 of Cr.P.C., on 19.11.2022 at the stage of counter. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.1239 of 2020 for restitution of conjugal rights and another petition in M.C.No.231 of 2019 was filed on 16.04.2019 for claiming maintenance. The case in H.M.O.P.No.1051 of 2019 is at the stage of filing proof affidavit.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.
