This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the revision petition.
2. Mr.G.Sathish, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.
3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 49 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the main revision petition, if it is, otherwise, in order and further, print the name of Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for caveator/respondent in the cause list at the time of admission of main petition.
