This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by order dated 20.06.2023 in CRL.OP.NO.12934 of 2023 directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's mother-in-law died and therefore, he finds it difficult to observe the condition.

3.
