This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 13.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15435 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.
