This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the complaint registered in Crime No.454 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.454 of 2021, the 1st respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Mannarkudi and the said final report has been taken on file in C.C.No.227 of 2023 on 14.09.2023.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Mannarkudi. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
