Department, dated 26.03.2018 by considering the petitioners' representation dated 20.06.2023 with all consequential benefits.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation 20.06.2023 made by the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
