O R D E R

Considering the limited relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the appeal suit in A.S.No.76 of 2020 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem.

3. Though the appeal is of the year 2020, the dispute was actually raised before the Tamilnadu Hindu Religious charitable and Endowment in the year 2007 which has been pending for nearly 14 years. 2/4

Considering the overall circumstances, there will be a direction to the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.76 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier and the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem is directed to forward a report of such disposal to this Court.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
