ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.Sundar, J.,) This Writ Miscellaneous Petition to condone the delay of 196 days to restore the W.P.No.28266 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023 is filed.

2. Though the petitioner has given sufficient reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay could have been avoided by showing due diligence.

3. However, this miscellaneous petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Chairman, Madras High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today.

4. If the said cost has not been paid, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. (S.S.S.R., J.,) (D.B.C., J.,) 06.12.2024 Jer
