This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Crime

Number as Crime No.116 of 2026 instead of Crime No.Not Known of 2026 and also to amend the offence under Sections 316, 318, 296, 351, 61 of BNS, instead of 316, 318(1), 318(4) of IPC on the file of the respondent police.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.
