O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to issue a separate sub division patta to the petitioner in respect of land in S.Nos.315B/1H, 315B/2I, 313/2 and 314/1I situated at Ichipatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering his representation dated 29.04.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property under a registered Sale Deed dated 10.01.2024 bearing Document No.465/2024 on the file of the Sub Registrar's Office, Sulur and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same from the date of purchase. The 3rd respondent included the petitioner's name in the joint patta for the above mentioned survey numbers along with the names of the others. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.04.2024 seeking sub division of the property purchased by him to an extent of 81 cents in the above mentioned survey numbers and for issue of separate sub division patta, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before 2/4

this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2024 would be considered within the period fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2024 and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
