Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we are satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned as sufficient cause has been shown.

These petitions are accordingly allowed and the delay stands condoned.

Learned counsel for the parties are requested to handover the list of cases raising the identical issue as involved in the present appeals for being listed and the Registrar Judicial shall act accordingly.
