(CRIME NO.815 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in CRL.OP.NO.17968/2021 in Cr.No.815/2021 as direct the petitioner to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur instead of report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of NO APPEARANCE for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police imposed in the order dated 28.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.17968 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is apprehending to appear before the respondent police and further submitted that the petitioner may be directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur and prayed to modify the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police is necessary for the investigation of the case and if the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police, it will be difficult for the respondent police to conclude the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this petition.
