ORDER

(delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Representation dated 02.06.2016 made to the Chief Manager, Bank of India (SME Br), Tirupur, is as follows: "Sir, Thank you very much to given us to the opportunity to having the C/A in the name of SUN YARN (A/C No.821420110000670) and CC A/C in the name of SUN YARN (A/C No.821430110000101) for the past four years with your bank. We are proudly said as we are one of your valuable customer in your bank. The detail of our A/C's given below:

1. 2012-13 our turnover was Rs.30,00,00,000/-

2. 2013-14 our turnover was Rs.40,00,00,000/-

3. 2014-15 our turnover was Rs.77,00,00,000/-

4. 2015-16 our turnover was Rs.25,00,00,000/- We are supplied dyed fabrics to M/s.TEEMA TEX, SRI LANKA, nearly Rs.4.50 Crores, due to some https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

unavoidable circumstances, we are held up of Sri Lankan fabric orders. We will get the above said amount within three months, for this above we are unable to maintain the A/C's properly, because of dollar flexuations in Srilanka the conversion of USD to Srilankan Rupees from Rs.112.50 to 148.00 per USD. Now we got Export orders from STAGE II, Australia, the value of the order is around 1.23 crs. Herewith, copy of the Purchase Order enclosed for your kind reference.

We request you to release our said account as a NPA, please give us an opportunity to operate our accounts, also request you our outstanding overdue interest to convert to term loan, we will give additional security for the same.

We assure you that we will maintain our accounts properly without delay of paying interest and term loan dues. Now we humbly request you to allow us to operate our accounts."

Mandamus sought for to the respondent to consider the said representation, within a stipulated time, cannot be granted. Writ petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
