The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits on the enquiry conducted by the respondent on 08.09.2020 by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3447/2015/G1, dated 12.08.2020 within a specific time frame as may be specified by this Court.
2. Heard, Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. This Court, by an order dated 14.06.2019 in W.P.No. 34662 of 2007 directed the respondent to decide the matter afresh on merits and opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass orders. Though the respondent conducted enquiry after hearing all the parties concerned and receipt of relevant documents did not pass any final order. the petitioner repeatedly made request to the respondent to pass orders and the respondent made no order.
4. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3447/2015/G1, dated 12.08.2020 and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
