Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.09.2013, to include the name of the petitioner in Rank List, dated 11.09.2013, and to issue call letter to the petitioner for counselling on 21.09.2013, for admission of three year B.L.Degree course in the petitioner Application No.A313509 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period for counselling towards admission for three year B.L. Degree course for the year 2013 had already been over, and so, the relief sought for in the writ petition itself has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
