2. Mr.M.P.Rajavelayutham, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that O.P.No.450 of 2017 was filed for grant of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner and the same was ordered by this Court on 06.12.2017. But, due to inadvertence the Demat Account No.IN300183-10520317, linked with ICICI Bank Savings Bank Account was not mentioned in the schedule and hence, this application.
3. It is seen that the original petition was allowed on 06.12.2017, by granting succession certificate in favour
of the petitioner with power to collect the amount in the savings account and to receive the interest thereon.
4. In the light of the above facts and the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed.
