ORDER

H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2018 and G.W.O.P.No.1491/2017 between the same parties are pending before the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. The direction now sought to is post both the cases on the same day, since the petitioner / husband of the respondent-wife, who is staying in Tiruppur has to come to Coimbatore to attend the Court proceedings.

2. Heard both sides. This Court finds merit in the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. This Court is informed in the course of hearing that the trial has been completed.

3. Given the nature of the case, this Court directs joint trial of both the cases in H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2018 and G.W.O.P.No.1491/2017 on the same day before the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. The revision is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
