2. The order dated 14.08.2024 was passed mainly on the representation, the petitioner could not produce original title document before Registering Authority as the same was lost. However, the petitioner has not stated anything regarding lose of original in his affidavit. Hence, order dated 14.08.2024 passed by this Court is recalled.

3. At request of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, list the matter on 02.09.2024 for filing better affidavit.
