The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to implead the proposed respondent viz., Principal Secretary Home (Cinema) Department, Government of Tamilnadu, Fort St.George, Chennai-600 009 as 6th respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any serious objection to the same.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
