This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to complete the investigation of the complaint regarding ' man missing'.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the complainant is the wife of the missing man. In this connection, she has given a complaint on 13.05.2024 and the same been registered in Cr.No.159 of 2024 and it is under investigation. He further submits that the second respondent police is taking all steps to trace the missing man. The final report will be filed on the complaint within a period of three months.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months about the outcome of the investigation. 28.08.2024 Vv To 2/4
