ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, a Memo of compromise has been filed before this Court by the respective parties indicating that the parties have settled their disputes among themselves and same has also been acknowledged by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2.The petitioner is present before this Court and the respondent has appeared through Video Conferencing and they have also acknowledged the Memo of compromise entered between themselves.

3. In view of the Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties, the present Original Petition is disposed of on the terms therein. The said Memo of Compromise is also annexed to this order.
