Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to issue necessary certificate to the petitioner on her online complaint regarding loss of her passport by considering her representation dated 27.07.2019.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to issue necessary certificate to the petitioner on the basis of her complaint given by her regarding the loss of her passport.
2. The petitioner has given representation to the respondent police online, on 27.07.2019, informing the respondent police that, she had lost her passport and unless she gets nontraceable certificate, she will not be able to leave to Srilanka and she will not be able to get the exit permit.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondent police to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner and issue necessary certificate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
