Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent ROC No. 20688/18/G1 dated 25.02.2019 and consequential order of the first respondent in Roc No. 20688/17/G1 dated 13.03.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to resurvey the petitioners land comprised in TS Nos. 70, 101, 102 and 103/1 in Block 14, Ward D New Survey No. TS 41 Block 26 are their patta lands in Periyari Village Salem District and accordingly classify the petitioners land as patta lands of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a Revision before the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if not already filed. It is made clear that for the purpose of reckoning limitation for availing the aforesaid remedy, the period from the date of filing of this Writ Petition, viz., 25.07.2024 till the date on which the certified copy of this order is made ready by the Registry, shall be excluded. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
