This petition has been filed seeking to implead the following Revenue Authorities, viz., 1. the District Collector, Thiruppur District, Thiruppur and the Thasildar, Uthukuli Taluk, Thiruppur District as the third and fourth respondents in the writ petition.

Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, the impleading petition is ordered.
