Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to withhold all the retirement's benefits of the 4th respondent, which is the proceeding in petition no.1290/2024 ma 1291/2024 dated 02.01.2025 pending before the 3rd respondent and consequently, this Court may be fixed the stipulated time for considering the petitioner's representation on 19.06.2025. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to withhold all retirement benefits of the 4th respondent, in view of the proceedings in Petition Nos. 1290/2024 and 1291/2024 dated 02.01.2025, which are pending before the 3rd respondent; and consequently, to fix a stipulated time for the consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025. 2/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent has committed some dereliction of duty and in this connection, the petitioner had sent a representation dated 19.06.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 and the said representation is yet to be considered by the respondents 1 and 2.

3, At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation according to its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025, after giving due notice to the 4th respondent and to pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
