To permit the petitioners to file a singe writ petition and pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

PRAYER IN W.M.P.No.3203 of 2021:

To stay the operation of the impugned order of the 1st Additional Labour Court, Chennai dated 18.12.2019 passed in C.P.No.66 of 2019, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. PRAYER IN W.M.P.No.11230 of 2021:

To extend the time granted by this Court by order dated 10.02.2021 in W.M.P.No.3203 of 2021 in W.P.No.2867 of 2021 to enable the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.80,513/- to the credit of C.P.No.66 of 2019 on the file of the I-Additional Labour Court, Chennai in compliance of the order of this Court.

J U D G M E N T

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent has filed a Execution Petition in E.P.No.28 of 2020 in C.P.No.66 of 2019 which has been impugned herein and the said execution petition has been closed on 29.08.2022 as per the settlement agreement dated 02.08.2022 and memo filed on behalf of the respondent.

2.Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed as settled out of court. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
