Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to carry out the entry in Register maintained by the first respondent that the land in S.No.315/1 was assigned to the petitioner as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.M.R.4/90/17-70 dated 29.06.1992 on the file of the Assistant Commissioner, Land Reforms, Erode and to direct the first respondent to register the settlement deed executed by the petitioner in favour of her son.
