ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5116 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to re-do the entire process of selecting candidate pursuant to the award of additional six marks to the respective candidates on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court, the respondent proceeded with selection process a fresh and the certificate verification will be done after 15.10.2024. If the petitioner comes under the zone of consideration for selection to the post of P.G. Assistant, the petitioner will be called for certificate verification.
