This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application and accordingly, these applications are allowed. The learned counsel shall mention the name of the Proprietor representing the defendant concern and mention within brackets as deceased and thereafter add the names of the legal representatives.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in the plaint and shall also file the amended plaint before the next date of hearing, after serving a copy to the learned counsel for the defendants.
