Gobichettypalayam Taluk 1069/16 & R2 to R7 .. in WA No.1070/16 Appeal under Clause XV of the Letters Patent filed against the order of the learned single Judge dated 13.6.2016 made in W.P.Nos.24669 & 24670 of 2015. to call for the records of the 6th respondents impugned order issued in Na.Ka.No.10/2015 dt.21.7.2015 and quash the same by directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioners in laying pipeline as per the order of the respondents by possessing the same for peaceful enjoyment of pumping water from S.Nos.233/2B & 2C to S.Nos.701/1, 701/3, 702/1, 702/4,, 797/2, 798/1 etc to an extent of 17.32 acres belong to petitioners.

WP.24670 of 2015 jto call for the records of the 6th respondents impugned order issued in Na.Ka.No.9/2015 dt.21.7.2015 and quash the same by directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioner in laying pipeline as per the order of the respondents by possessing the same for peaceful enjoyment of pumping water from S.Nos.233/2B & 2C to S.Nos.802/1 and 798/1 to an extent of 11 acres belonging to the petitioner. J U D G M E N T

(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) The appellants have come up with the above appeals challenging the order of the learned single Judge dated 13.6.2016 made in W.P.Nos.24669 & 24670 of 2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above appeals and had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, these writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP Nos.13870 & 13871 of 2016 are also dismissed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
