Crl.M.P.Nos.20200 & 20201 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.Nos.84 & 87 of 2020 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

In view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court, the revision petition filed against the finding of the Appellate Court reversing the judgment of acquittal has to be heard, as an appeal deemed to have been preferred by the complainant against the order of acquittal passed by the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the transpose petition has been filed and the same is allowed.
