This application has been filed to permit the applicant to withdraw the company petition No.66 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the Company Petition No.66 of 2013.

3. Having regard to the fact that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, the petitioner has to be permitted to withdraw the Company Petition No.66 of 2013.

4. This petition is Ordered accordingly.
