Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records relating to the order No.584/DCRS/LAO-SEZ/2015 dated 24.04.2015 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to delete the lands belonging to the petitioner family at Karasur Village R.S.No.12/6 to the extent of 0-51-00Ha and acquisition for the purpose of Special Economic Zone.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition is filed when the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2016 rejected by the authorities. The learned counsel submits that nothing survives in the present writ petition as the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2016 and hence, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made necessary endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
