This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.13686 of 2022, extended the time to cancel the agreement for sale through which to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18284 of 2022. However in the order copy, it is wrongly mentioned as sale deed and some typographical error has occurred. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the paragraphs Nos.3 & 4 in the order dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.13686 of 2022 shall read as follows:- "3. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a specific condition that the petitioner shall cancel the sale agreement executed in favour of A3, within a period of two weeks. Though, the petitioner executed cancellation of sale agreement and presented before the registering authority, it was not considered. Therefore, the petitioner

cannot able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the registering authority is directed to receive the cancellation of sale agreement in Doc.No.1684 of 2009 and register the same. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 12.11.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled."

4. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.13686 of 2022, as above and issue order copy a fresh. 31.10.2022 Note :- Issue order copy on or before 02.11.2022 Copy to The Sub Registrar Thiruvatriyur.
