2. Notice is served and some of them namely R7, R12, R16, R17, R18, R20 to R26 & R32 are now represented by Mr.T.Srikanth, learned counsel, and they have filed their objections too.

3. Inasmuch as they are the subsequent purchasers and have subsisting title and interest over the subject matter of the suit today, it is essential that they are to be in the party array to defend their interest and title in the manner known to law. Hence, this application is allowed.

4. The plaintiff is required to carry out the amendment to the plaint before 20.01.2023.

Post the matter on 02.02.2023.
