O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 25.06.2021 in W.P.No.13319 of 2021 directed the 4th respondent therein to consider petitioners' application and pass suitable orders on merits within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order of this court has not been complied with and the 4th respondent has not passed any order within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken for hearing, Mr. P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent, on instructions, submitted that, now the 4th respondent had passed an order dated 30.12.2021 and the copy of the order was also sent to the petitioner. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court is duly complied with, no further adjudication is required in this petition. 2/3
