ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's new pay scale and other allowance in the light of the circular issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Circular No.14/2018, Na.Ka.7646/2018/tho.ve.sa1 dated 08.11.2018 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2020, 20.10.2021 and 22.06.2022. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was serving as Secretary and he attained the age of superannuation on 31.05.2019. The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chennai issued a circular No.14/2018(Na.Ka.No.7646/2018 tho.va.sa1 dated 08.11.2018) fixing the pay scale and other allowance to the employees working in the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies. Based on the above circular, the new pay scale has not been fixed to the petitioner. Hence, he has given representations dated 20.10.2021 & 22.06.2022, however, no order is forthcoming. Hence, this writ petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.10.2021 & 22.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With these directions, this writ petition stands stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
