3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, personal appearance of the petitioners 1 & 2 are dispensed with for the present. However, as an when necessity arises, the petitioners 1 & 2 are directed to appear before the Court below in D.V.C.No.3 of 2025, on the file of the learned District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai.
