This petition is filed to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. Though notice has been served privately on the 2nd respondent-Insurance company and their name is printed in today's cause list, there is no appearance.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall forfeit the interest for the delayed period, in the event of this court enhancing the compensation.
