ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.9.2022 followed by another representation dated 29.9.2023 in so far as in the said representation the petitioner had sought for to update the details of patta issued to the petitioner viz. patta No.8326 in all the revenue records concerning the petitioners residential property situated at Plot No.24 and 25 survey No.258/7A and 258/8 sri Venkateswara Nagar, Okkiyam Thoraipakkam, Chennai-600 097 measuring an extent of 5220 s q.ft (2 Grounds and 420 sq.ft).

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner had purchased the property in the year 2012 and the patta is also issued in the name of the petitioner, however, some third parties have created bogus revenue records. In this regard, the petitioner has given representations on 19.09.2022 and 29.09.2023 to the authorities to update all the entries relating to the petitioner's property in the revenue records, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Such view of the matter, considering the limited relief sought for in 2/4

this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 and 23.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
