ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.21 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 registered for the offences under Sections 279 and 125(a) of BNS, on the file of the respondent, before the Court concerned within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee on 21.03.2025 itself.
