Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed, the delay of 746 days in filing the claim form before the Official Liquidator is condoned. The applicants shall produce the original documents before the Official Liquidator to enable him to adjudicate upon the claim.
