(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.K.Kabir, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners/ appellants submitted that K.Muneerudeen, one of the defendants in C.S.No.121 of 2023, has not been in talking terms with the family members and hence, he has neither participated in the suit proceedings nor has he joined as appellants in this appeal. Being a necessary party, the petitioners / appellants have added him as second respondent in the appeal.

Therefore, the cause title of the appeal may be accepted.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
