PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the E-Tender Limited Tender Notice in Z.O.II.C.No.E1/4275/2022 dated 21.07.2023 (Tender Documents uploaded on 24.07.2023) on the file of the respondents 2 and 3 quash the same and direct the respondents to issue fresh tender after following the procedure laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules and login ID of the petitioners Viz. 1)smahadevan1989@gmail.com 2) as.subbaiyan@gmail.com in all the works as in time to participate in the tender For Petitioner :Mr.V.Elangovan For Respondents 1 to 4 : Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu Standing Counsel (GCC)

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent corporation submits that the login ID of the petitioners are added in the website of the respondent corporation to enable the petitioners to upload their bids in respect of all the 18 works mentioned in the impugned E-Tender notice. Accordingly, the petitioners also uploaded their bids in respect of all the 18 works in the Etender notice. 2/4

2. It is also stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent corporation that out of 18 works, some of the works were also alloted to the petitioners as they are successful bidders. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
