2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.15 of 2014 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in STC No.619 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram, Villupuram District.
