Accordingly, the writ petition was again taken up for hearing on 21.09.2017, on which date, the name of the counsel for the petitioner was wrongly printed in the cause list. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the counsel for the petitioner as Mr.H.Adaikala Arockiaraj, correctly and the writ petition was directed to be listed today by removing the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, the writ petition listed today (22.09.2017) under the caption "final hearing cases". The name of the counsel for the petitioner is correctly printed today.
