ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the Civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent regarding the unregistered sale deed dated 24.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Rajendiran, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
