ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order made in Crl.OP.No.12909 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order made in Crl.OP.No.12909 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
