O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they had given change of vakalat in November, 2015. No alternative arrangements have been made.
2.On perusal of the petition, we find that the grievance of the petitioner is that the officials had not been conducting public interface programmes every month despite G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 31.12.2012.
3.Learned Government Pleader has drawn our attention to an earlier writ petition filed by the same petitioner in W.P.No.4969 of 2012, in which orders were passed on 25.09.2012 directing the respondents to implement the recommendations made in the meeting of the Heads of Departments with the Chief Secretary without affecting their departmental activities. This
was in respect of interface programmes. This resulted in the G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 31.12.2012, which required a meeting to be held every six (6) months.
4.The learned Government Pleader submits that meetings are being held now periodically and in fact, the Hon'ble Lt.Governor herself has taken the initiative to hold public meetings every Sunday.
5.In view of the aforesaid, we close the writ petition. No costs.
